 Give us a call! We will go over the class schedule with you to make sure the class dates and times meet your needs.

 We will set up a date and time for you to come by the office to complete the required paperwork and take the State required Assessment (By law, ALL students must complete the necessary paperwork and take an assessment survey prior to the first day of class.) The assessment is a questionaire of approximately 130 questions. It takes between 15 - 30 minutes to complete. It may take less than or longer than 15 - 30 minutes to complete. Keep in mind, there are no right or wrong answers, just answer as it applies to you and all questions must be answered. *Assessments are given anytime during normal business hours. Mon,Tue, and Thur 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Wed 9:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m and Fri. 10:00 a.m - 5:30 p.m.

Attend class as scheduled. Please be aware that all of our classes start on-time so please arrive on-time. You can even arrive early, just don't be late. Once the classroom door is closed, you are considered late and will need to reschedule your class dates and times. As we do value your business and provide the greatest service professionally and confidentially, the rules are the rules and out of our control. **DDS rules forbid late admission to any state certified classes**
